Workshops
Project specific inspiration and development in- and across units is established through workshops. General and specific tasks are discussed including assignments for follow-up.
1-to-1 Training
Initially project activities are performed by Reloop and gradually transferred to client personnel according to role and responsibilities.
Certification
1-3 project responsible in client organization will be included in all aspects of the project and knowledge will be transferred directly or via reports. Before leaving the project the clients responsible are tested according to project competence requirements.
