Based on the clients online strategy the Roadmap provides the client with a detailed activity and implementation plan. The Roadmap includes 5 consulting services:

Information Gathering

For each of the services areas included in the project the current situation is researched through gathering key figures, business model information, current activity details and resources.

 

Analysis

Based on current situation and targets and milestones within Reloop’s service areas the Gap Analysis describes the recommended activities to be implemented to reach the goals of the project.

 

Discussion

First draft of Roadmap is presented and discussed with client, to ensure feasibility and eliminate unachievable ways.

 

Testing

Potential suppliers are screened and evaluated based on the business needs of the client. To ensure project commitment, the adjusted Roadmap is presented to internal and external project stakeholders and feedback is evaluated and incorporated.

 

Consolidated Plan

The consolidated plan is packaged and presented to management. The consolidated Roadmap includes: Business plan, goals and milestones, budget, activity-, time- and resource plan.
